The mission of M2Gen’s PMDSO is to optimize patient outcomes in oncology by matching the right patient to the right clinical trial. This high value, personalized approach is critical to improving efficiency of trials and biomarker development by molecularly mapping and preselecting patients. We envision reducing the time required to confirm a biomarker hypothesis and increasing response rates for targeted therapeutics, resulting in better outcomes for patients.

Today, clinical trials are searching for patients. We see tomorrow’s clinical trials designed for and directed to patients.

M2Gen’s PMDSO will address some of the most difficult obstacles in cancer treatment today. Clinical trials are often too slow and require patients to travel to large academic medical centers far from home in order to participate. We will streamline clinical trials in the community setting by selecting a dynamic pool of trial-ready patients, identified from a molecularly-defined population. Our TurboTrial ^TM  approach  will result in smaller, more effective, targeted clinical trials. The net effect will be quicker drug development.
